Responsible to set country strategy along with Head of FMCG.
- Responsible for bringing the country overall learning to originate the brand strategy in the country with approval from Supplier’s brand team.
- Responsible jointly with Supplier’s brand team to set brand plans & budgets at the time of planning and get approval.
- Responsible for selecting the best way of activating the brand in country within budget.
- Primary responsible for managing A&P budget for country.
- Lead national consumer related activities in TTS (Trade Term Supply) budget in country. Trade marketing to lead consumer related activities in TTS budget in key accounts in country. Marketing & Brand marketing should align together on yearly & quarterly basis
- Work interdependently with Marketing & Finance to reach pricing decision, i.e. Marketing to lead & propose, Finance / Head of FMCG to agree
- Are accountable for pricing in country as per authority schedule.
- Responsible for deciding on the best consumer promotion (that is financially feasible) in country in the annual brand plans.
- Has flexibility of changing consumer promotion (if financially feasible) , increasing / decreasing quantities for country as long as it is within the overall consumer promotion budget of the brand after updating and exchanging views with the Supplier brand teams and in alignment with the agreed brand strategy.
- Responsible for managing promotion network for promotions co-packed in countries.
- Responsible for bringing & communicating the country needs to Supplier’s brand teams and ensure that country needs are reflected in the communication material developed by brand teams.
- Agree on artwork design for POS material, stickers, etc in countries with the Supplier’s brand teams.
- Develop POS material, stickers, etc in country inline with the artwork developed by Supplier’s brand teams.
- Propose Media plan to Supplier’s brand teams.
- Propose Media plan mix in addition in line with budget allocation.
- Select the best communication channel for the brand in country with the Head of FMCG.
- Propose / request innovations from Supplier’s brand teams
- Primary responsible for country IMS (In market sales) and brand’s overall growth
- Primary responsible for share growth of brands in country.
