•Solve problems affecting facility operations.
•Create/review package design in changes or improvements and monitor the implementation plan.
•Participate in research teams to analyse facilities or travel equipment and make the applicable recommendation.
•Support the operations and maintenance departments whenever necessary.
•Work with suppliers to solve problems, make updates, or implement technologies.
•Write reports, letters or technical documentation and address confidential matters.
•Have knowledge of individual QHSE responsibilities as required by company policy or by law. Act according to QHSE standards and encourage compliance among employees according to their level and competences. Maintain an active role in identifying opportunities to improve QHSE systems and, where appropriate, assist with the implementation of those improvements.
•University degree (Licenciatura) in Engineering.
•5 to 10 years’ work experience.

•Knowledge of emergency shut-down (ESD) systems, compressor control systems, gas turbine control systems and Foundation Fieldbus.
•Knowledge of industrial processes and design.
•Knowledge of economics principles and calculation methods.
•Knowledge of industry codes, standards and specifications.
